Edward Busuttil – Managing Director – Trade Certificate in Fitting and Machining and Associate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management qualifications, plus recruitment industry experience of 30 years. Edward started his working career by doing an apprenticeship with Comeng Gregory Mining Division and then moved to Comeng Rolling Stock in NSW, manufacturing locomotives, double-decker Inter-Urban and the XPT.
The value of Edward’s experience was recognised in 1990 when he was hired by a major recruitment company. After working his way up to senior management and consulting roles he was offered a position in Melbourne, to which he relocated in 2000. A couple of years after arriving in Melbourne, Edward recognised a shortage of recruiters who understood and specialised in engineering, particularly CNC, and Recruit Australia was born.
