Great opportunity to join a successful Engineering business in the Hampton Park area. This well-established company has strong, stable history in manufacturing product for agricultural industry around the world and motorcycle racing industry, and they are seek an experienced Admin Assistant to support the Admin Manager.
This is a very stable business that has been in operation for many years with overseas divisions and a high-tech engineering workshop. Very clean and modern facilities, and a proudly Australian owned company.
This newly created position will involve supporting the Admin Manager and office staff in various duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Reception & Communication - Manage phone calls, greet visitors, and manage inquiries.
* Email & Correspondence - Monitor inboxes and respond or direct emails.
* Data Entry & Records - Maintain databases, update records, and archive documents.
* Accounts Support - Assist with invoicing, receivables, and credit control.
* Office Administration - Order supplies, organise events, and support daily operations.
* General Administration - Filing, scanning, and assisting with office tasks.
It will be necessary to be flexible with skills and duties as the position evolves.
